Dark Mode

Dark Mode is kidOYO's livestream. We've been streaming lessons, game reviews, game jams, and more every week, all summer long, but just because summer stopped doesn't mean we have!

We're continuing Dark Mode through the school year. We'll be streaming once a month on Wednesdays, and we'll feature lessons, interviews, and of course, the game jam. Everyone can view on YouTube, but if you want to participate or compete in the game jam, you need to join the Code LI community.

Speaking of the game jam, this month's theme is Start Small. To compete, create a game that can be submitted to a challenge via a link. We'll be evaluating games on the stream and announcing winners. In addition to awarding winner, everyone who submits a valid game will receive a special, one time only badge for participating in the game jam. Be creative with the game! Games can be created using any tool you like, as long as you can share it, and games can be of any type. Submit your game by Sept 12th, 11:59pm.
